The University of California, in an effort to comply with the new Personal Protective Equipment policy signed by outgoing President Yudof earlier this year, purchased the proper PPE for every lab worker in its system. The PPE Distribution Events at each campus have been created to get the equipment disbursed to all who need it before the March 31, 2014 policy enforcement date.
